Arcway Industries LLC is the company operating the Platform and is the data controller or business responsible for the personal information covered by this Policy, except where a different role is defined by applicable law or a separate written client agreement.

The TEEVA Commercial Growth OS™ is Arcway's flagship B2B product line. Client project data and information processed during a paid engagement may also be governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), confidentiality terms, and any required data-processing terms.

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, Arcway may collect:

• Business needs, trigger events, or project information you submit;

Depending on the technology enabled on the Platform, Arcway or its service providers may process information such as:

• Referring URL, pages viewed, approximate timestamps and session duration;

Sensitive Information Exclusion

The public Platform is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, precise medical information, or authentication secrets. Do not submit sensitive information through ordinary public forms.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or another law requiring a legal basis applies, Arcway relies on: Consent (for marketing or non-essential tracking), Contractual or Pre-Contract Steps (to respond to requests or deliver services), Legitimate Interests (to operate and secure the Platform and manage B2B commercial relationships), or Legal Obligations.

5. Service Providers and Processing Infrastructure

Arcway uses enterprise cloud service providers to operate its business. Current website and business workflows use Google services (including Google Workspace and Google Sheets/Apps Script for secure form-processing and storage) and Firebase / Google cloud infrastructure.
